We reserved a 2 queen bed room. My husband was given a 1 bed room. The employee claimed "they just see a room was reserved, not size." Husband did not realize we were reserved for 2 beds until he reviewed the reservation after unpacking and putting our son to bed. My son kicked all night, and my husband has to drive 12 hours today. The checkout person said "it was travelocity's problem." We contacted them to complain, they were nice but unable to do anything. The manager claimed my husband was okay with the room to cover for themselves with Travelocity, refused refund. She never saw him or spoke to him. After finding out we PAID for 2 bed and were given 1, he was rightfully NOT okay with the arrangement. Floor boards seemed rotten in places, pillows were terrible. They do not deserve their current rating. They need employees that at least pretend to care about customer service.
