「The best place to stay in San Gil : really friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area with really good cocktails, games and a ping pong. They kept our stuff for us after we checked out so we could do all the things we had planned. I would stay there again if i ever come back!」

「We had a comfortable 2 nights. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have AC and a fridge. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool, but it looked clean. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to the bus station. Would recommend. 」

「The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful 」

「El hotel contratado fue malo, primero el baño estaba fuera de la habitación el cual era compartido, contraté con parqueadero para el carro y no había me dijeron q lo dejara afuera y les dejara las llaves por si tocaba moverlo, cuando me fui a bañar me negaron el agua caliente porque era en el horario de 7pm a 10pm. No lo recomiendo 」

「Even though initial check in was ok. Assigned rooms were awful. Old, raggedy, and bad shape overall. Breakfast was good. On shift crew was organized and efficient. However pool and jacuzzi activities and personnel were disorganized, incompetent and not customer oriented.」

「Sin agua caliente, el wifi no funciona y dicen que el desayuno inicia a las 6:30 am pero a esa hora las opciones son limitadas (no había tinto, ni caldo)」
