"If you are planning to visit with kids ask not to be on the 4th floor They have a roof top bar and we did not sleep much, the staff was helpful the next day. Food was great at the Resturant"

"Hi! We had a really good time, very relaxing! The food is delicious! The people working at the hotel are very nice! The location is great also!"

"The room was clean, however it smelled like mold inside and bathroom shower ceiling had some visible mold. The Caracoles restaurant staff were pretty slow when bringing in drinks when asked, even after multiple times, I’m not sure if there was lack of communication. I also find that although not everyone can be as respectful, past 12am, other guests were still blasting music and being loud because I don’t think there are “quite hours”."

"We had an amazing stay. The resort is truly what you see in the photos. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Being right on southern coast of Guatemala on the North Pacific Ocean is so wonderful. I recommend this as a vacation destination spot for anyone!"
