Petite chambre tv en panne mais service compétant, ils sont venus réparer le problème rapidement et nous avons eu le droit à un dédommagement, lit confortable mais très petites chambre je ne vois pas une famille séjourner dans se type d'hôtel

Etat lamentable

Bien que le personnel fasse de son mieux, l'état général de la chambre est inadmissible, même à ce prix : chasse d'eau cassée, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, une partie des interrupteurs non fonctionnels, propreté discutable.

Regret d'avoir séjourné dans cet hotel

Très mauvaise expéreince, Hôtel sal, cheveux sur les lits, poussière.Quel manque de propreté dans la situation COVID que nous vivons. Bruit de perceuse, betonneuse... On s'est réveillé avec l'impression que tout l'hôtel tremblait. L'hôtel est en travaux et personne nous avertit.... Après une longue journée de travaille et de voyage, notre seul besoin été de nous reposer.... Ce qui ne fut pas le cas. Un conseil: Avertissez vos hôtes sur les travaux de l'hôtel ou alors commencez à faire du bruit à des heures raisonnables! En plus, sans toquer à la porte, sans le moindre respect, une fonctionnaire rentre dans la chambre vers 9h. Vraiment, je ne comprends pas ce manque de respect et de professionnalisme. De notre part, plus aucune réservation sera faite. Vraiment nul, cet hôtel

Cuando llegamos al hotel el recepcionista nos dice que hoteles.com no le había enviado la reserva aunque a nosotros nos aparece como confirmada,aún así nos la hace al mismo precio al que la habíamos reservado(cuidado porque a partir de las 22:00 no hay nadie en recepción). Por otro lado a las habitaciones se excede por el exterior y colindan con el parking; a partir de las once de la noche empiezan a llegar jovenes en coche al parking del hotel y a las habitaciones,con la música alta,dando golpes,y gritando.Algun huésped llamo a la policía y acuden a las 5am,momento en el que paran la fiesta y los jóvenes se esconden en las habitaciones,en cuanto la policía se va sigue la fiesta hasta las 7 de la mañana.pornlonqje no recomiendo este hotel para descansar y viajes largos.

This place is infested with rats! I’ve stayed at many premiere classe budget hotels without problems but not this one, it is infested with rats and the staff tried to are out I was stupid and kept telling me it wasn’t possible because I was on the first floor!!!

quelques travaux à prévoir...petit déjeuner bien.

Le seul souci était que notre volet est resté fermé du fait que y’avait pas de manivelle pour ouvrir et fermé, du coup nous sommes restés dans le noir et sans pouvoir aérer la chambre.

Bon emplacement

Nous avions réservé pour couper notre route sur un long trajet. Arrivée de nuit facile avec la borne. Chambre correcte et propre. Un peu de bruit avec la route à côté mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de dormir.

Grosse chaleur dans la chambre car c'était au moins d'août, mais impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pendant la nuit: le store ne fermait pas! Lorsque j'en ai parlé au directeur, il m'a répondu "si vous voulez, je vous rembourse; mais comme tous les autres hôtels sont complets...". Donc, "vous payez et vous vous taisez!!!"
