「The building is very nice and looks new. The unit was very very clean, which is huge for me. It was great to walk everywhere. My only complaint was that there was no window in the unit we were in, which made it feel like a basement. The door was frosted glass and there was no screen to open it for fresh air, so the air felt stale despite the AC. There’s a small skylight but it didn’t make the difference. 「Great place. Easy to park and felt like a little apartment. Loved the location. I appreciated the more central area is you know Santa Barbara and plan to drive to different locations it’s perfect.」

「This place was so good for a weekends get away. It was very dusty inside, under the couch and head boards was layers of dust. And we arrived 30 min early and was told there was a $50 early check in fee which was alittle weird. We did not pay that and waited 30 min which ended up with using late to our event. Everything else was soo nice we will stay there again」
