The hotel is in a really lovely location overlooking the Caribbean. The most expensive rooms are superb - not sure about the others as I have not seen them. The meals could be a bit better. The pizzas are very good, and some dishes were great, but we had a couple of disappointing meals.

One nigh at this place for dinner and sleep

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. At check-in there was a strange moment when the receptionist asked us to fill out a form with full credit card details, including the CVV and expiration date — something I’ve never been asked for before. I booked through Hotels.com and thought the room had already been paid, which made the request feel unnecessary and uncomfortable. In the end, they just charged the card directly and didn’t insist, but it left a weird first impression. The property itself has a lot of potential — the location comes with beautiful ocean views, though unfortunately the seaweed (sargassum) problem below the cliffs created a strong smell during our stay. The room was okay, but little details were missing: one bed had a duvet cover, while the other didn’t, so one of us was cold at night. On the positive side, the food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious — probably the highlight of our stay — and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. With some added charm, decoration, and attention to detail, this place could really become a tropical gem.

Me encantó! Nos quedamos para hacer turismo en la zona, nos incluyó desayuno lo que es un extra, la habitación muy limpia y un moderno mobiliario, cuenta con aire acondicionado y la cama era como dormir en una nube! Muy recomendado el hotel, personal muy amigable y servicial.

Al llegar a la propiedad nos enteramos de que no se aceptaban pre-pagos a través de Expedía. Tomar en cuenta que no es posible pagar con tarjeta de crédito en la propiedad. Debe ser en efectivo. La habitación tenía un olor desagradable. Atenciones del personal, especialmente en el restaurante fueron excelentes Vistas de la propiedad son hermosas.

The entire trip for me was amazing. I loved the hospitality of the staff as well as all the perks of being close to the Quemaito beach. The food was amazing and the breakfast is like no other. I definitely recommend people go to this hotel because it definitely serves as an amazing place to stay no matter how long.

schöne Lage am Meer, großer Pool mit Meerblick, ebenso vom Restaurant aus. Es besteht jedoch Renovierungsbedarf der Hotelzimmer. Die Kissenfüllungen der Kopfkissen gehen altersmäßig gar nicht mehr. Positiv: Eine spontane Teilstornierung wegen einer kommenden lokalen Hochzeitsfeier im Hotel wurde anstandslos mirt Rückerstattung gewährt.

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay in the property due to misinformation in expedia website. It was my understanding that the charge was paid by credit card. When I arrived at the property, I was told to pay i Dominican pesos which I didn't have. The property has not ATM nor card reader. I had to turn back, 3 hrs. I was very disappointed.
