"Absolutely stunning property with great staff and service. Exceptionally clean, great rooms, heavenly beds, great food/restaurants, beautiful beach and pool area. The shuttle service is very helpful for the massive property. Didn't get to golf this trip but the course is in great condition as well. The place is dead after 9pm, which wasn't an issue for us but could be to some people who are looking for some sort of nightlife/bars. If possible fly into the new airport to avoid the 2 hour drive from Tocumen (new airport is 15 mins away) but not a big issue either way. Will absolutely be visiting again! "

"We enjoyed our stay here from our arrival to our departure. We didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach because the waters are not kid friendly and is extremely windy. There were many surfers and very few swimmers. However the hotel has an excellent pool and many spots on the beach where you can sit, play and hangout and still enjoy the ocean view. "

"My 3 night stay was not a pleasant one. There were issues with the AC right from the start, it was 37C. Although I tried several times using WhatsApp number they provided and emails to have it repaired it was not. They didn't allow me to move to a different room that wasn't used when I was there. Frustrating part was the new owners didn't respond till 4 hrs later, when did they text "sorry", but the AC was not repaired. These are new owners from the US, not like the previous owners. The rooms need some sprucing up and the lounge chairs are it tough condition. "

"Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel. "

"We wish we could have had time to use the spa, but not on this trip. The property was stunning, the pools were perfect, the complimentary happy hour was a very pleasant surprise, the food at Fuego was amazing, the complimentary breakfasts were the best among the 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip. Everything was super clean and well maintained and we loved checking out the art everywhere we walked!"

"The hotel is beautifully located surrounded by a tropical garden. We had a luxury room with a pretty view but to get there we had to climb very steep steps. The food was very good but the dinner/lunch menu was the same the 4 days we stayed there. "
