「The area looked beautiful in photos but it really was not feeling safe. We had an overnight before cruise and mainly just stayed in the room. The beach was lovely but we didn’t feel comfortable eating anywhere near this small hotel no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs to higher floors. No where close to get a coffee in the morning.」

「No one on staff spoke English. The hotel is very dated and unkempt. There were several power outages in the 16 hours we were there.」

「The staff were amazing. Very helpful and the location was extremely clean and up to date including a pool large enough for many people at once. I was able to get a late night coffee at the bar which has great hours of operation.」

There was no water to brush our teeth, flush the toilet or shower. It was a safe place to stay for the night though - wouldn’t stay again but it was good enough :)」

「Best hotel in La Romana! VERY SAFE inside hotel for a solo female traveler. Great owners. Very clean, amazing housekeeper. Brand new tiles in bathroom, beautiful! Well-equipped room with table, luggage rack, phone charger,TV, excellent wifi, ac, hot water. Excellent service! On a main street, ate delicious shrimp at a restaurant next door, small grocery only a few blocks away, accessible by public transit, aka la gua gua」

「Es una construction muy vieja, el personal mas o menos no se si porque llegamos en una temporada muy alta y nos encontramos con unas convenciones y hubo mucha disorganization, nos dijeron habitaciones ya ocupadas , reserve para dos camas y me dijeron solo una, y nadie se ocupo en que se resolviera, es lo que hay y ya, buffet muy pequen̈o para tantas personas, muchos empleados muy aburridos, y molesto, atención pobre en el comedor, entre otras cosas, shoes muy tarde en la noche, poca...
