「The staff was personable and made sure that the room was clean and the linens were fresh. The staff and owner were very helpful with giving suggestion and directions to places to eat and what museums and other places of interests to visit.」

「All good for a cheaper hotel. Pass on the cheapest room and book the studio room. Wifi was in and out but mostly working in the room. Good signal in the lobby.」

「The hotel was great but the neighborhood was a bit gritty. Not great for an evening stroll.」

「Very friendly Ticas in the bar, large bar downstairs with live music on some nights, good restaurant, good pizza 🍕, best live poker room in Costa Rica, cash available at casino cage on VISA card..... inexpensive, nice hotel rooms , genuine Cuban cigars a block away in tobacco store nos」

「I had a terrible experience during my stay, primarily due to the front desk staff. The customer service was the worst I’ve encountered, unhelpful and completely lacking basic hospitality. Front desk service sets the tone for an entire stay, and this fell far short of acceptable standards. Room cleanliness was exceptional, but I had to check out the same night du the how unprofessional and disrespectful the guys at front desk were. I checked Saturday, at around 4 PM.」
