「I will give this hotel a 2 star rating because of the following: The good: The hotel itself is nice and the hostess is friendly. 「Upon arriving at the Perla del sur property, no one was there to check us in. All doors were locked, waited over an hour for someone to show up and no one did. The phones listed were disconnected or not answered. Texts were ignored The property refused to refund the payment made upfront. If you offer a service and get paid for it, yet don’t provide it that’s considered fraud/scam. Avoid such businesses, especially when you’re traveling from abroad/long distance to find yourself having to find...
