This hotel is like older like decor so if you like them 5 star hotels you may not like this. Some portion of the hotel is outside which I thought was cool how the hotel was designed. Overall I loved the place and the staff is soo nice. Yes they speak Spanish but they also speak English. Room service was also awesome."

"My stay was cool. The rooms do not have a microwave, a mini fridge and even Kleenex. The room also does have a lot working electrical outlets, it was hard to charge multiple devices. The property was nice and the room did what it needed to do for one night. "

"Room clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Jose Picado (bellhop) and Mauricio (at the bar and restaurant) went above and beyond and are credit to your staff. On the morning of our departure, Mr. Picado walked us two blocks away to help us with our Uber ride which could not access the hotel due to a marathon."
