「Nadat ik om een rustige kamer had gevraagd, kreeg ik kamer 218. Ongeveer het centrum van alle verbouwingsactiviteiten! Uitgeweken naar appartement (200 euro) extra, maar daar rustig. Op de site van Expedia staat niet vermeld dat het gehele hotel verbouwd wordt. Vakantie in een soort bouwput. Ligging hotel prima, hotel zelf staat op storten, inpandig lijkt het op een soort hospice!」

「Hacienda looks amazing online. Beautiful interior courtyard and gorgeous exterior trees and plants. However, there is no ‘life’ no ‘atmosphere’ inside. It leaves you with a cold feeling both literally and figuratively. The bar tender was wonderful. The room was old and had a bad smell. It has great potential, but we would not stay there again unless there were some serious renovations. Staff was pleasant. 」
