「We spent a week skiing in Alpe d’Huez and had a fantastic stay at Pierre & Vacances Residence L’Ours Blanc. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always helpful and pleasant.The location is excellent, right in the centre and just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and activities such as the swimming pool and the ice skating rink. 「Très bel immeuble de l’extérieur et emplacement idéal! Appartement en rez-de-jardin à l’arrière du bâtiment, sombre, sans vue et sans charme. Un seul ascenseur pour rejoindre le parking à l’immeuble pour toute la résidence (évidemment le Check in est à la même heure pour tous, il faut être très patient). Et à l’ancienne, un état des lieux où il faut compter fourchettes et cuillères (oui! Ça existe encore!) Parking sans lumière toute la semaine. On est repartis la veille pour éviter l’attente à...

「La résidence est calme est très bien située, proche des commerces et juste à côté de la station de ski. La vue du 3ème étage est magnifique et l'appartement est bien entretenu. Le monsieur de la réception est très accueillant et serviable. Cependant, la literie est peu confortable. 」

「Luckily for us it snowed the day before & the ski lift was open meaning we could ski to & from the apartment block. Checking in was busy, a large group had just arrived so it took 30 mins to get checked in. Long walk down to shops, restaurants etc, long walk back up many steps after.」
