「Dude, you sent me exactly 14 e-mails during the booking process. This is bordeline harrasment, and reading all this in only 10 hours kind of ruined the experience. This is terrible and I won't book again with you for that reason.」

「There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat.
It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day.
Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps.
