Poor reception service. No bathroom available at the reception. Had to wait with a little girl until the check in was finish to got to the bathroom inside our room. The laundry is totally outside the building, in another business and that was not what I was told.

This is an absolutely awful hotel! Honestly, please, do not book with this company. They put us in an apartment with "windows with a pool view*. This hilariously consisted in reality of frosted glass windows in the bedrooms, which were 6 feet up the wall touching the ceiling and impossible to see ...
