"The staff for the most part are professional , polite and nice and helpful. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I’ve been here. I’ve had different front desk people tell me a work order has been put in . I’ve been here almost a month and it still doesn’t work. I have respiratory issues and I sleep with the help of a CPAP Machine. All manner of smoke comes through vents and through the air conditioning unit when off. And the hallway as well reeks of legal and illegal smoke fumes."

"Very poor food quality for breakfast. Room was in poor condition-rusty plumbing, dirty bathroom floor, roughly patched walls. At first requested accessible room and were placed in second story room too far for my wife to walk on crutches. The room also had only a conventional bath tub, not accessible to injured guest. Switched to better located room but it was in poor shape. One staff member was not particularly friendly or helpful at check in. Second staff member was fine with handling request to change room."

"The room was clean and some remodeling had been done. However, the furniture was old and marked up and the chair in the room was terribly dirty. The hallway needed to be vacuumed, and the lobby area needed to be cleaned. The floors needed to be swept and washed, and the leather furniture needs to be replaced. (The picture does not represent the lobby.) The staff was nice at check in. We did not have the breakfast, but we noticed there were not many offerings. The parking lot was fine."
