"Just returned from a 4 night stay . It’s really far from airport 2.5 hours it took by taxi ! we booked last minute and had little choice . Our room was noisy , corridor noise as we were near a lift . You can hear the room next doors tv . Never sat in the balcony as we were over the car park ! Partial sea view was a glimpse to the side . Very dissapointing . We could only change on the 3rd night as hotel full and we didn’t bother by that point . Room fairly basic , good shower and all clean...

"Our stay at Tolenza hotel was wonderful!
Location is central and close to everything- beaches, shops, restaurants.
The room was quite spacious with confortable beds.In addition very clean.
The staff was incredibly welcoming, they did everything they could to provide comfortable stay to their guests.
Food was delicious and varied.
We recommend this place to anyone looking for a city hotel near the beach and excellent service."

"The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "
