"Stayed at Hotel New Otani Hakata and overall had a pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help, which really made the stay comfortable. The hotel itself, however, feels a bit dated. The rooms and facilities are well-maintained but could benefit from some modernization. That said, the great service and convenient location still make it a solid choice for a stay in Fukuoka."

"The only 2 things I didn't like is the staff cleaned m'y room whitout me asking. I know it's good intention but I'm not confortable with people going in my room whitout knowing. Laundry machine are not good, the iron I used was not working very well."

"We had triple room stay and was comfortable enough for 3 of us. Spa in hotel was good and location was excellent with carpark Yen600 each day nearby and many restaurant within walking distance. Staff service was excellent too. "
