"Stayed 5 nights in the deluxe ocean suite. Amazing room with a great view. Service was amazing from start to finish. Biggest disappointment was the beach. The beach gets very shallow in the afternoon and there are lots of rocks which make it unsuitable for swimming. Also marine activities are sometimes not available and a bit pricier than other places. Outdoor pool area is nice but you have to pay extra for the cabanas. Overall great place for a relaxing vacation but if you're someone who...

"Customer service was top notch. When checking in an older gentlemen showed us to our room and explained all of the functionality of the room. We also asked the front desk for some suggestions on restaurants in the area and they were more than willing to provide their local opinion. The room is even more spacious than the picture do justice. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and restocked daily. There a Lawson, 711, laundromat, and the American Village all within a block. "

"It was a nice hotel with pool. But the animals not available and communication could be better. The food was good. Some entertainment was nice. We had ants in our room and the bathroom was cleaning good. "

"Hotel is clean with beautiful landscape. Reception staff was patience despite the language barrier. They managed to help our friends change to a non smoking floor as the floor they were originally assigned smell of smoke from guests smoking from ground floor. The buffet dinner was great, with free flow of beer, soju and wine. Desserts was excellent. Onsen was great too though the bath house looks a bit run down. But it was clean. "Very nice staff, free spa/public bath, and nice room. We tried the dinner buffet, but we would not recommend. Selection was limited and quality was less then expected based on price."
