普段あまり口コミを見ないのですが、予約をしたあとに彼がふと口コミを見て、チェックインのことなので不安になってきたので電話で問い合わせをしましたが、宿泊までの間一度も電話は繋がりませんでした。 メールも返事は来ず、やっと連絡が取れたのはExpedia経由のチャットでしたが、宿泊の前日に英語で。笑 その後、既読になっても返事がこないこともあり。 どうやってセルフチェックインするのかも説明がなかったのでExpediaに電話してみたところ、「ホテルへ行ってみて不具合があれば保証します。」とのことでしたので、それならもしものことがあっても安心だなと思い当日向かいました。 荷物の預かりは行っていると書いてありましたが、口コミで人が来てくれなかったとあったのでやめておいて正解でした。笑 着いたらスタッフがいないのはもちろんですが、パスワードを入力しても一向に部屋には入れず、ホテルに問い合わせてもやはり電話は繋がらず、Expediaに電話しましたが、ホテル側が部屋番号を間違えていて入れなかったそうです。 せっかくの京都の旅、問題が起きるのが嫌だったから予め問い合わせもしっかりして調べられることは調べたのに結局チェックインもスムーズにできず、時間も無駄にしていたので「何かあっても電話も繋がらない、対応もできないホテルなんて泊まれないんですけど。」と伝えましたが結局Expediaのスタッフも前日の方とは対応が大違いで、「そうしましたらキャンセル料100％いただきます。」と。 その場で私と彼は今後ホテルに泊まるときは口コミをしっかり見てしっかりとした会社のホテルにだけ泊まろうと心に決めました。 HPだけ良く見せていて特注のアメニティも嘘でした。 部屋は全体的に髪の毛とほこりだらけ。 コップやルームウェアなども使えませんでした。 木のトレーを使おうと思い手で払ったら大量のほこりがまったときはもう笑いが止まりませんでした。 バスルームのシャワーカーテンには黒カビ、トイレはピンク汚れ。エアコンもカビが見えました。 次の日まで二人とも喉をこわし、、 もう話は尽きないですが、、instagramなどを見たりすると分かりますが、建てた時はがんばっていたけど今は放置同然のホテルって感じでした。 Expedia経由だからと安心せず、きちんと調べてから予約することをおすすめします。

先日夫と宿泊しました。 何時にチェックインされますか？と事前にメールがきていたので返信していたのですが、チェックインの時間になってもスタッフの方は誰もこず、とても困りました。 メール、電話しましたが音沙汰がなく、お隣のカフェで待たせてもらっていました のちにメールで部屋の番号とパスワードを教えてもらい入りましたが、そのシステムなら、事前に知らせないといけないと思います！カフェの方もよく宿泊の人が困ってカフェに来ることがあると困惑しているようでした。 チェックアウトもスタッフは誰もおらず、支払いを現地支払いにしていたため、非常に困りました 予約していたバスに遅れそうだったのと、メールと電話も繋がりませんでしまので、警察に相談してチェックアウトすることに… スタッフが誰もいないてそもそも大丈夫なんでしょうか？ もしそのシステムでいくならカード支払いのみにしなといけません。 夫と楽しみにしていた京都旅行だったのに最初から最後までグダグダで楽しめませんでした こんな宿泊施設ありえません！

De qui se moque t on ?

Chanmbre japonaise jolie,petite,mais sale,literie tachée, mauvaise odeur ,rien pour accrocher les serviettes. Séjour de 3 nuits. Pas une seule fois le menage fait,ni poubelle vidée, ni thé du matin,ni serviette sèche. Demande de changement de chambre le premier jour pour les jours suivants refusée par mail de la direction car pas de clients partant Nous n avons jamais vu d'employé mais bien des voyageurs partir tôt le matin avec leur valise.

Firstly, the room was not cleaned properly (cups, bedsheets) and the room has weird smell. No where to complain as there is no one at reception. Messaged the hotel but they replied after we checked out (after 4 days). Secondly, the bed sheets are too thin. It is really uncomfortable to sleep on. Lastly, 15mins+ walk to the kawaramachi station. Its better to use buses when staying here.

The location and the room was good but it wasnt clean even after 3hrs later than their regulat check-in time. I arrived at Toka by 7pm but the room was like this. :(

チェックインが16時からということだったんですが、着物を来て観光したかった為荷物だけ先に預けさせてほしいと連絡していたのですが、当日のお昼まで連絡がこず、ホテルに着いたら関係者の方は誰もいなくて電話で問い合わせ。荷物を預けていいことにはなったもの連絡取り終わるまでに時間がかかりせっかく旅行に来たのにグダグダから始まり、チェックアウトも予約の時にホテルで支払いと予約確認のメールにあったのでフロントに行ってみると誰もいなくてまた電話連絡。折り返しの電話も全然かかってこず、彼が代わりに連絡をしてくれたのですが、対応が最悪でした。彼の誕生日祝いの旅行だったのに彼に嫌な思いをさせてしまい私もすごく残念です。お部屋はステキなお部屋だっただけに担当者さんの対応が最悪だったおかげで良い思い出が半減しました。あと、お部屋の冷蔵庫の中に前の方の飲みかけの飲み物が入ったままでした。それ以外はよかったと思いますが、きっとこのホテルは二度と使いません。今後の為にもサービスを改善していただきたいです。

三十三間堂まで歩けました

ホテルから、駅、バス亭、コンビニ、飲食店、ドラッグストア、三十三間堂までも歩いていけるので、とても便利でした。ですが、掃除が行き届いてないのが、気になりました。入ってすぐ、部屋の埃っぽさと、バルミューダのポットの中が汚れていました。部屋も薄暗く狭いわりに、暖房が効きづらく、寒かったです。チェックイン無しと場所も便利なので、衛生面の改善とコスパが良ければ、また利用したいと思いました。

まだシステムが整っていないように感じる。 当日のチェックイン方法のメールが届かなかった。無人の受付スペースでチェックインするなら、予め予約時点で知らせてほしかった。 室内は設備もよく綺麗だったが、掃除は行き届いてはいなかった。バルミューダの電気ポットはそこが焦げていて不潔だった。

飯店的訊息管理有很大問題，只有環境清幽雅緻是優點。注意，是「只有」。

入住前一個月就從官方網站的系統寫了信想預定餐廳（因為是高級料亭不允許外國人必須經由飯店預約），前前後後共寫了四次，包含FB訊息，結果完全沒有回應，最後不得已只好請當地友人幫我們找員工說明此事。等到員工要幫我們訂的時候已經是入住前兩天，沒有想要的用餐時段了。 照片看起來很寬敞，但不出所料就跟許多日本住宿一樣非常地......不大間。 整理上看來周遭環境相當方便且安靜，適合休息。 整體建築與裝潢設計上也風格獨特，優雅美觀。 但就是住客的訊息管理與聯絡上要加強，並不是前天看了明天有哪些住客要入住就好了。連使用飯店自己官方網站的聯絡方式也沒有聯絡，只有罐頭式的「請稍後幾天我們會幫您處理」，結果等了一週也不見回音，連FB也只會PO文，各種聯絡管道形同虛設。以一個商業行為來說非常地不OK。 基本上除非降到非常高CP值的價格，不然我不會再來。

Absolutely beautiful!!

Amazing. The facilities are second to none, one of the most beautiful hotel’s I have ever stayed in. It captures the beauty of traditional Japanese living exceptionally. I would 100% recommend anyone stay at Toka. Wonderful service and pretty good location. My hot tip would be to hire a bicycle (there is a small business up the road). The location of Toka is half way between Downtown Kyoto and Kyoto Station. Having a bike just makes getting to either location much quicker and easier. There is a local line train station within a 5 minute walking distance, so if you aren’t confident on the bike - this is useful too. Overall, if you seek preference over a beautiful stay rather than perfect location, this is the place for you! It’s STUNNING!

We wish more places were like this

If you're in to Japanese minimalistic design then this is your place to stay. Tatami flooring was comfortable and paper window covers atmospheric.The overall look of the room was really tidy and cozy. The staff was friendly and they helped us a lot whether it was about great breakfast place or a bike rental. I would also like to thank them for the help with a same day table reservation to a one particular Michelin star restaurant. The couple sitting next to us was telling how hard it was to book a table even weeks ahead... well sometimes you're just blessed with a help :). TOKA/KYOTO offers a real Japanese hospitality.
