駅が近いので電車移動が必要な観光に便利です。また、徒歩で行ける範囲にも観光出来るところもあり、食事をする店も多くは無いですが近場にあります。

ワンルームマンションの一室のような雰囲気で、簡易キッチンから洗濯機まであるので、中長期の滞在にはかなり便利な印象です。広々としていて清潔感もあります。とても気持ちよく過ごしました。一方でチェックインの時間に指定があったり、フロントも簡易的な印象で、ホテルのようなサービスないように思いました。

よく利用させてもらうのですが、いつも清潔で、快適でコスパ(時期によりますが)非常にいいと思われます。 京阪七条駅のすぐそばですが、大変静かで、京都駅や四条にもあっという間に到着できるのも気に入っています。

Enjoyed my stay

Great little hotel a close walk to alot of sites in the Gion area. Also have the local train line just 5 minutes walk. Only complaint were the breakfast which was basically half a sandwich and a tiny cup of yogurt drop to the room each morning.

Die Hotellage ist von Bus und U-Bahn 5Min entfernt. Zum Bahnhof braucht man ca.20 Min zu Fuß, dafür hat man eine etwas ruhigere Lage. Restaurants, Supermarkt sind in ca. 5 Min Umkreis. Das Zimmer ähnelt einer kleinen Ferienwohnung mit Kochbereich(Zubehör gegen Aufpreis erhältlich) , Waschmaschine(nicht ausreichendes Waschmittel für eine Portion an der Rezeption erhältlich, empfehle selbst kaufen oder stark riechende Duschgel dazu) und kleinem Esstisch.Man darf wegen der Zimmerendreinigung erst ab 16 Uhr ins Zimmer, Checkout ist bereits um 10 Uhr. Uns ist es unbegreiflich warum in 6 Stunden es nicht funktioniert ein Zimmer gründlich zu reinigen. Unser Zimmer war komplett zentimeterdick verstaubt, im ganzen Zimmer sowie Bad fanden sich Haare von Vorbewohnern. Das Waschbecken im Bad hat an Wasserhahn/Auslauf schmierig kalkige Ablagerungen gehabt was nicht auf regelmäßiges und ausreichendes putzen hinweißt. Im Duschbereich fanden wir eine bereits verrostete Haarnadel. Die im Zimmer befindliche Waschmaschine ist ein super Plus jedoch ist auch diese bestimmt nicht gereinigt da sie modrig roch. Man beachte das in Japan nur kalt gewaschen wird und man spezielles Waschmittel (mit inkludiertem Deo bei Unterkleidung und Sportsachen) benötigt.Bettwäsche/Handtücher werden in 1 Woche Aufenthalt nur 2 mal gewechselt. Dies ist prinzipiell Ok nur mussten wir dem nach laufen bzw. selbst Handtücher holen. Eine Zimmerreinigung findet nicht statt. Dafür war es leider zu teuer, sonst wäre es super

超推！

真的是很棒的一間旅店。住宿便宜，而且還有廚房、洗衣機，房間也大，超級推的一家旅店。而且交通也超方便，出去就有公車站牌、地鐵，晚上餓了還有麥當勞，不怕沒東西吃。

Our stay at Rinn Shichijo Ohashi Bridge was perfect. They gave us extremely detailed and helpful instructions on how to get there, are super accommodating with luggage if you get there before check-in (we were even able to do an earlier check-in). The room was so spacious and had a washing machine which was a massive plus. The bathroom, room and hotel were all v clean and lovely. The staff were super friendly and the area was nice and chill but moments walk from the station. Two big thumbs up from us :) thanks Rinn Shichijo!

We loved our stay here. Our room was very spacious (espcially after Toyo hotels!). We had a washing machine, microwave, fridge, even an oven (which we did not use). Everything was clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful when we had question. Location was also wonderful, super easy access to buses or subway to go to all the sights, but especially to Gion, Fushimi Inari, Ginkakuji, Philosopher's Path, as well as connections for Osaka and Nara. Also several excellent restaurants to try nearby. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to friends and family visiting Kyoto.

Apartment hotel with reception and well speaking English clerks to help out. Except there’s one mistaken fire alarm rang on 2nd day of my staying, all satisfied:) recommended this place. One block away from subway and 18-20 mins walk to Kyoto main station. Bus stop is in front of the alley and convenient stores surrounding it.

Serviced apartment with great value for money

This place is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. The price is very reasonable considering the room size, proximity to transportation, and especially, the room size! I totally recommend this place especially if you are on business trip or have a long stay. The room is even equipped with a cooking stove and washing machine. The area of Shichijo though have nothing much to explore. But because of that reason, it is a very quiet, peaceful and safe area, and within walking distance to Kyoto Station.

호텔의 장점과 에어비엔비의 장점이 합쳐진 가성비 좋은 곳!

간단한 조리시설과 호텔과는 다르게 세탁기, 냉동가능한 냉장고가 있어 편했습니다. 교토역까지 택시 기본요금으로 이동 가능하여 여행마지막날에 머물기 편했습니다. 한가지 단점은 일반 일본 맨션을 숙박시설로 이용중인 곳이라 방음이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Beautiful hotel!

This place is beautiful. Plenty of room compared to other hotels, and includes cooking and laundry facilities in the room. Super quick walk to the bus stop which has buses to most places. Can also walk to Gion in around 20 minutes. The only downside is that the bed is super hard. We struggled to get a good night's sleep because of the mattress. If the mattresses were changed I would 100% stay here again.

今回の目当てだった博物館に近く、早い時間も遅い時間も効率よく入館できて非常に満足です。京都駅までのバスの本数も多いので、どこへ行くのにも便利でした。 エアコンは風がベッドに直撃するので、乾燥対策と温度調整が必要です。ランプ側など、埃がちょこちょこあるのは気になりました。 フロントでバス1日乗車券が買えることと、部屋備え付けのレンジは重宝しました。
