the place is really a good location. Near the ninenzaka, kiyomizu temple, gion district and bus stop. If you like night/morning walking around those area, i can say this place is really a good location. and near the supermarket if you want to buy something and eat it in your room.

It’s exactly what you expect - a minimalist, simple room. Location is great, being close to lots of touristy stuff while feeling like you’re in amoungst the locals. Supermarket next door was great, and some yummy spots to eat at nearby. About 10 minutes walk to Gion area, 15 to Kiyomizu-dera

Reasonable Hotel in a great Area
We weren’t planning on making a trip to the Gion district, but we’re pleasantly surprised when we found out that our hotel was a 3 minute walk away.

A great experience!
The place was very clean and in great condition. I loved the interior design. It was modern with clean lines and very pleasing to the eyes. The owner/ receptionist Junya was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I had expected, but for the price this was a good bargain in the Kyoto district. I would stay there again the next time I visit. : ) Thank you Junya san.

Rak Kiyomizu was a lovely place to stay - clean, comfortable and well located. Only downside is that the walls between rooms are quite thin and you can hear noise from other guests.

Nice staff, good location
The location is good for some of the attraction, we only need to take one time subway to other location , other locations we can just walk to there , except if you go from Osaka, the subway is a bit far especially if you are carrying luggage . Nice staff, room size is suitable and clean. Noise isolation could be better, we can hear someone come in form the enterence and someone talk next to our room. Overall we are very satisfied.

建物の内装・外装共とてもおしゃれです。室内はUB等が無い分広く、ゆったり過ごせました。 ドアの開閉音や廊下を歩く人の足音などはかなり聞こえますが、注意書きにシャワーの使用時間や室内でのオーディオの再生等のルールがきちんと書かれているため、快適に過ごせると思いました。

とても柔軟に対応してくださり居心地がよかったです。お布団がとてもいい匂いだったので柔軟剤（洗剤？）何使われてるのか気になりました。 24時間自由に行き来できるところも、よかったです。また利用させていただきます。

Rent och fräscht boende!
Ett väldigt rent och fräscht hostel med närhet till buss och Giondistriktet! Det ligger bra restauranger uppe på stora gatan, ca 7 min promenad bort. Jag hade kanske önskat att det fanns möjlighet till frukost på boendet, men det finns inget kök bortsett från mikro och kyl. Annars som sagt, rent och fräscht!

とても満足
友達と二段ベッドのツインルームに泊まらせて頂きました。シンプルながらもグリーンやドライフラワーがたくさんあり、箇所に木の暖かみも感じられる内装でした。また2階は靴を脱いで上がるので家に帰ってきた様な感覚ですごく落ち着きます。外国の方にも少し日本の家の雰囲気を感じて貰えるのではないでしょうか(^^)　お部屋に入った時とても良い香りだったのが印象に残っています♪もちろんベッドシーツや床に汚れ等はなく清潔感も満足です。細かい気遣いが感じられ、女性一人でも安心して泊まれると思います。 シャワーは24時間利用可能で、館内の出入り口もスマートフォンで開閉できるので時間を気にすることなく観光や食事ができます。少し歩いて大きな通りに出ればお店や神社仏閣がたくさんあり、散策しながら歩けば祇園や河原町まであっという間でした。心遣い、サービス、料金、立地すべて満足です。また京都に遊びに行った時は利用したいと思います！

ホステルなので音漏れはありますが、個室でクリーンでスタッフがフレンドリーなので過ごしやすかったです。高騰したビジネスホテルのコスパに納得がいかず、カプセルホテルやドミトリーはちょっと落ち着かないという人にオススメです。

観光に便利
部屋の設備は水道くらいで、テレビはありませんが無くても快適に過ごせました。 お風呂やお手洗いもキレイです。 祇園周辺にも出やすくて、観光目的なら十分だと思います。

徒歩圏内にある有名社寺が嬉しい好立地な施設。
ほぼモノトーンで統一され、最小限なインテリアでシンプル&お洒落、フロントで流れているBGM、アロマなど心地良い綺麗なホテルです。 スマホがフロントドアのキーになるので電池切れに注意。 共有のシャワー室は思いの外広めです。 客室は壁が薄いようで話し声が気になる人はNG。 清水寺、六波羅密寺、安井金比羅宮、六道珍皇寺、などなど徒歩圏内に数々の有名社寺多し！ 足に自信があるなら十分に交通費浮かせられます。 夜は人通りないので女性一人の遅い帰宅は少し怖い？

Das Hotel scheint neu zu sein, demensprechend ist alles neuwertig und frisch. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn auch beim ersten Mal etwas schwer zu finden. Die Lage an sich ist sehr ruhig, aber die Zimmerwände lassen alle Geräusche aus den benachbarten Zimmern durch. Ich fand es sehr angenehm, dass im Zimmer ein Waschbecken war. Die Gemeinschaftsduschen und -toiletten waren immer sehr sauber. Für den kleinen Preis ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Chambre un peu petite mais bonne ambiance
Check-in un peu tardif, chambre un peu petite mais la guesthouse est vraiment très bien placé. On peut aller au Kiyomizu dera à pied et profiter des lieux très tôt le matin sans la foule.

全新的飯店, 附近可以遇到很多真的舞伎與藝伎
全新的飯店(2017年2月開幕), 因為靠近宮川町, 附近可以遇到很多真的舞伎與藝伎。另外也在建仁寺附近, 可以去建仁寺附設的公園走走。我們住在上下舖的房型, 床很好睡, 房間內有洗手台與鏡子, 沐浴設備則是與公用, 但沐浴品老闆準備的牌子很好用, 後來去百貨公司有看到, 是90%以上天然成分的沐浴品。老闆是帥哥。

청수사에서 가까워요
후기가 없어서 걱정했는데, 주인분도 친절하시고 방도 생각보다 넓었어요. 깨끗했고 추천할만 해요! 다만 샤워실이 층에 하나라서 씻고싶을때 바로 못씻어서 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 다음에도 이용할 만한 의사가 있어요
