Lovely room and very nice bathroom. However my stay was impacted by several issues. First the safe in my room was not working and it took some time to fix. But worse was the fact that the advertised laundry facilities were not available, with only one machine working very slowly and staff advising me to go to an outside laundry 5 minutes walk away. I asked if the problem would be fixed as we were there 3 days but it seems it wasn't a priority for this hotel to give customers what they paid for. I think this problem should have been explained at check in before taking payment. Also one of the lifts broke down..but that at least was fixed fairly quickly. Would probably not stay here again because of these issues.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. After stay at a few hotels within this price range, we found this place to be not as nice as other hotels, possibly because the other hotel brands were Japanese owned and the standards are different. The staff was ok, the lobby area is open and boring, the rooms and the bathrooms are not anything special, nonfunctional. Not a place I would book again.

We were first shown a very small room but could upgrade for a very modest price to an excellent room on the same floor. The staff were very good about the exchange and the room was terrific.
