I was able to book one night stay on the same day. The check in was smooth and everything was clean. They provide a necessities. I was satisfied with the size of the room since we had a very small room from another hotel we stayed in Tokyo. I had a great stay at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in Chisun. The rooms are spacious, modern and neat. The cleaning could be improved since we found hairs in the bathroom when we checked in, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The complementary nightwear was a hit. We would come back!

I liked that it was quiet, was able to sleep. No view though which was fine since I was out most of the day. A few minutes walk to 7 Eleven. Bus stop right outside. Staff from front desk to housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. The price was very good. Will definitely stay here again.

Super nice and practical hotel. Pretty decent size for a double room. Located just less than 10 min away from Osaka station and was easy to access with transportation. The thing I loved the most, was the availability to rent bikes at no extra cost. This was such a unique and memorable experience! Very close to Nishiki market, the Fushimi Inari shirens and other main tourist attractions. Will definitely recommend or come back in the future!

Mostly very satisfied. Excellent value for the price paid. Rooms are small but the space is used well. Free use of bikes much appreciated. Breakfast buffet very good, but not many options for vegetarians. Staff friendly and helpful.
