A mon arrivée, le réceptionniste m'a dit que le hostel ne travaille pas avec ebookers.fr. Je suis donc arrivé et je n'étais pas sur leur liste. La chambre que j'avais réservée est donc allée à une autre personne. J'ai dû me rabattre sur un autre hostel.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I definitely do NOT recommend this place, especially if you're a woman. I arrived late at night and had booked a bed in a mixed dorm, The bathroom for this room was incredibly dirty with no soap or toilet paper. I was the only woman in the hostel and didn't feel comfortable staying in a room with only men so I asked to change to the female only dorm and they let me, which was nice of course. The guy working there told me he had a key to the female only dorm but that he wouldn't come in - only women could come in. This turned out to not be true. I was alone in the dorm and locked the door from the inside, and within 30 minutes someone unlocked the door from the outside four times. Not even entered the room, just unlocked it and opened it slightly. I was nervous that they had opened the door so that someoneo could easily come in at night without waking me up, so I put a chair agaist the door so I could hear if someone came in. During the night, multiple men came in. They simply pushed the chair away and went into the dorm. I didn't sleep at all that night 'cause I didn't know what would happen to me. The next morning I left my towel (my personal one that I had brought with me) on my bed, and when I came back it was on the floor in the bathroom, dirty. I asked the guy why someone had used my towel and why men had come into the dorm all night and he just got annoyed. For the remaining two nights men kept coming into the dorm at night. I didn't feel safe and do NOT recommend this

Goood location and comfortable/spacious area. Front desk workers weren’t up to date on payments and I was requested to pay twice (it was resolved after a long process of trying to communicate since they didn’t speak English). Also, I stayed in a girls only room and male workers and male guests barged in without knocking on the door multiple times

Basic but homely

Clean and comfortable dorm. Was given fresh sheets and a towel when I checked in. The staff did not speak English, so there wasn't a lot of communication. The door is on a buzzer with a camera, and the front desk is staffed 24/7 so I felt safe here. The dorm had an en suite, which was nice. The shower stall was out of order, but there was a shower in the large bath, so that was fine. It felt very homely here, was clean, basic, and I would stay here again. The location is perfect for exploring the centre, just a few minutes from the Maidan and the main hustle an d bustle of the centre of Kyiv.

お気に入り

とにかく入り口になんの目印も無く深夜に到着したが結局ローカルの方に助けてもらいなんとか到着した。また階段しか無く重い荷物があったり毎日出入りを頻繁にすると少し大変かも。とはいえスタッフは英語がほぼ通じないものの、とても清潔で快適なホステルです。シャワー/トイレが1部屋しか無く人数が多いとかなり混み合ってしまうかも。
