great reception staff, very helpful and friendly. Felt they were a little under staffed in the restaurant and at pool. Had a lovely massage. Disappointed the kid pool was not in operation. Good array of toys in the kid play room, but could do with batteries in the toys

Very nice property! The pool is ok , the staff is attentive, the restaurant is overpriced, however the breakfast is excellent!

A great place to stay with a great salt pool, good for swimming laps and three very nice saunas. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was helpful and kind.

Great relaxing place to visit
Stay was very pleasant. The staff at the hotel was the best. Very friendly, courteous staff and helpful in everyway. Between the many amenities of the resort and the wonderful massages, it was a very relaxing trip.

This is an excellent hotel. The front desk staff spoke perfect English, and they were very helpful. The restaurant was delicious. We ate dinner there twice and ordered a late night sandwich through room service. The pool was the best part. My kids loved it! It is easy to call an Uber to take you to the city center in about 20 minutes. It is too far to walk to the metro, but we took a short Uber ride to the nearest Uber station. I will stay here again.

The staff were fantastic all helpful and fun to be around eneything you want or want to know they will find out or do for you . The cleaners are fun to be around The massage girl s are very good to the extreme and the spa manager little girl is vary helpful for sure , only problem is it's a bit out of the middle of Kiev but I would go back tomorrow. Overall 5 star and not expensive I've never had a message in a 5 star hotel and I had 3 in one week so that tells you something . Thank you all

Excellent service and a very nicely maintained hotel. The grounds were also beautiful. The staff also spoke English which made for a more relaxing stay. Could not have asked for more.

Good resort with spa

I loved this hotel! It's quiet, cozy, everyone treats you very well. Room is impeccable clean, bed is of perfect softness. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which is very important for me. Restaurant food is also good and tasty, although I ordered room service at night. Reception does it's best to meet your extra requests. Pool was a blast in the morning. I will definitely come here again :)

Be careful getting here because the address is not consistent on Expedia site. Hotel clean, new, pools and salt cave amazing! Great, affordable food plus a phenomenal breakfast buffet included. I stayed here at the tail end of a stressful trip and it was just what I needed to unwind. There is a mall within walking distance, which was really nice, too. Far from Kiev airport but only 20/25 minutes drive to Zuliani airport which I flew out of.

5star hotel but why is it there??
The hotel is a modern efficient modern good standard 5 star hotel however.... The front rooms face the main road more like a motorway and a tyre fitting unit. If you want to sit on the terrace its noisy and polluted. So don't. Get a garden view room. I chose this hotel as I wanted a decent nights sleep, however and hopefully it was just a 1 time thing. The air conditioning unit would not go cold, I spent 2 hours with an engineer in the room to get it to work at 1am in the morning. I moved to a different room. It turned out someone had switched cental heating to Winter.... I don't really know the point of this hotel its great and is 5 stars but who would go there?

The hotel itself was great, except the fact that there was no nice view to speak of my our room and the fact that the deluxe double room had an unusual configuration: the toilet was located in-between the living room and the bed room. But the real problem was that the service both at the restaurant and the pool bar was extremely slow. I have no idea why, but that's something they can improve upon.

A very happy and relaxing experience
A truly wonderful place where you can be expected to be greeted with a friendly smile from all staff from the cleaners to the bar staff and receptionists. My favourites were the salt cave the massage and the breakfast. Thank you for helping make my girlfriends birthday a special day! =)
