「Clean, modern hotel. In a great location, bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. 」

「A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the spa facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the spa facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them. The reception staff let us check in into a room which wasn’t ready and when we got back downstairs with all our luggage (no one offered to help with the luggage) we were...

「Helpful and friendly staff! Great common area with billiards and games. Amazing views from comfortable rooms. Great restaurant menu and delicious food. The hotel is a walk from the ski lifts and they provide a complementary shuttle.」
