「It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. 」

「Everything’s good but the towel only 」

「Overall was good. The villa was clean and the food was delicious. However the water in the shower is sometimes not hot enough and rather little in the evenings. The staff were overall nice，but no one helped us with our luggage when we checked out (a note was sent to us a day before saying that someone will help). The location of the villa is medium, it is not located at the center of Seminyak but not far away from the restaurants and shopping areas.」

「We booked as a 5-star hotel but it’s 3-star at best. Definitely won’t come back. Bathrooms weren’t even cleaned for us. Judging by the room and overall hotel vibe, we chose not to eat anything there to avoid Bali belly」
