"Very clean, polite staff always ready to help."

"The rooms were clean and well presented. The bathroom doors were not the easiest to open and caused a few issues for my daughter. The rooms are smaller than some rooms at other hotels we stayed in, but we did have a 2x queen bed room. The outdoor pool area was good, however I feel the pool bar is in need of a facelift. I personally wouldn’t come back, but thats mainly due to the area. Kuta was extremely busy and too much, I prefer the quieter areas. "

"The property was in a great location & the two food areas out the front were great with very friendly helpful staff. Our room was in need of a bit of tlc was cleaned daily but maintenance could be better.eg, fridge freezing up drinks, curtains were dirty! The swimming pools were nice but needed a really good scrub as mould was quite bad but water was kept clean. All staff in & around hotel couldn’t do enough for us so friendly & very helpful. We enjoyed our 11 days here. Thank you 🙏"

"Hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had. Natalie at breakfast was kind enough to write me a note. I was blown away by how sweet she was, and I will keep that note forever. I got ill during my stay. Sean, the manager, sent someone to buy medicine and deliver it to my room. That goes beyond customer service to human kindness. Those are just two specific examples among a plethora of wonderful experiences. Do yourself a favor and book a room here."
