"The service delivery around the swimming pool by Jacob was excellent, the same excellent service at the hotel’s sports bar Matilda with Antari… will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends that come to Bali"
"This hotel is great! We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very close to the airport and convenient to local restaurants and shops. Another plus was the easy access to the beach."
"The staff were amazing, caring, attentive and ever so kind. The property is looking tired and out dated, it was a shame that little things were not fixed like the shower shelf had been removed and not replaced, the bed had a missing patch and not repaired. The pool is only small however it was quiet so only a few people there. The breakfast was great, good selection of foods from around the world. Egg station was slow to turn out. The cocktail making class was great for $10aud. Overall a great stay."
