「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

The electronic access system for both the building and room was incredibly efficient and surprisingly easy to use, we were initially skeptical, but it worked flawlessly throughout our stay. 「This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.」

The reception desk is in another hotel, but no one has notified us of this before.We had to drag the box for an extra two hundred meters. The toilet has a disgusting smell.」
