"This hotel was in a great location, had terrific service, and the room was nice for two of us. It was near the train and near the water and Old Town. The staff were very helpful and nice. There was a bar and restaurant that looked good Altho we didn't eat there. We hiked zermatt and mt Rigi which were easy to get to by train and boat. (Zermatt is far!). We loved this hotel and would stay here again! "

"Everything very clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast looks good, just be aware that there are no egg dishes. Location is just outside of the main area, which you can easily walk to it in 10 mins. Very quiet area, not much traffic, but feels safe."

"We really enjoyed staying here. We were able to check in early after a really long flight. Everyone was friendly. We spent a lot of time in the bar and loved Ronnie the bartender. The food was good especially the gnocchi soup. Our view was great and despite it being like really busy outside we didn’t hear any of it. Our room was lovely as well "

The self checkin code to collect the key wad hidden in an email, whereas you are lead to believe it's on the 'guest web portal'. So took me a while to find the code in the relevant email on arrival. The check-in, including various emails and online portals is a bit complicated. "
