「First of hotel.com cheated by telling it was air-conditioned room, whereas it was a room with fan. Secondly it was showing as price with breakfasts,, that too was false... its not the lodgings problems but hotels.com musguided while booking 」

「I had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well organised, and I would happily recommend this place to others. I would definitely consider staying here again!」

「Very good ambience. Neat rooms. Good service.」

「Welcoming staff. Good restaurant. Inside car parking 」

「Very nice upscale property with nice restaurant. Slightly outside busy urban areas. Ample free parking on-site. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous. Breakfast and dinner menu include local and other regional dishes. Nice pastries. Staff actually made a farewell cake for us. Restaurant staff was very courteous and attentive. I didn't use the pool and poolside bar and grill, but looks nice. I used their banquet service for arranging a family gathering. Staff was very organized...

「Good value for money. Everything worked well. Polite and efficient staff. The food and the restaurant staff were great. Check in and out was smooth. Nice place」

「This is apparently a newer property in Thrissur. My stay overall was comfortable. There was annoying web checkin request which I couldn't complete and their system kept sending messages. My room was spacious with a balcony but somehow the window pane wasn't fully closed by previous occupants and room was pulling in smoke from kitchen exhaust. The staff promptly gave me a different room which was nicer They have a small restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. I did eat from there even...

「Third time staying here, I would rate it overall 3.5 /5 because the property is getting to state of needing of maintenance especially bathroom. AC was working fine. Breakfast was OK, though no fresh items like Poori was available in the buffet spread and it felt items were cooked elsewhere transported and re-heated at the venue.」

「Well maintained and great location. They could improve the restaurant menu options」

「Nice experience with the stay」
