「A two night stay in a family suite. We were welcomed at the main door by a smiling helpful receptionist. The breakfast was a great bonus both mornings. Evening meal was high quality. We were 10 metres from the sea, with wonderful views.」

「Çalışanlar ilgisiz, karşılama, uğurlama yoktu. Asansör yoktu valizleri 4. Kata çıkarmak zorunda kaldık. Odadaki klima çok yetersiz ve dolap içinde ekstra battaniye pike vs yoktu. Mini dolap hiç soğutmuyordu. Kahvaltının fotoğraftakiyle ilgisi yok çok yetersizdi. Aile oteli gibi görünüp kesinlikle vadettiğini sunmayan bi hizmet. 「I should've taken more notice of the poor reviews for this hotel but had confidence in the statements from the hotel that things were better this season! It's the worst experience I've ever had in Icmeler - I've been going there since 2001. I stayed one night only and arranged with Hotels.com to start a refund process for the other 9 days, 13 days later my refund still not in my bank!
