The property is modern and clean. You have to walk through the lobby on way to the room and the staff always greet you. It is located right next to Kumamoto Station. Many shopping and eating option adjacent to the property. Car rentals are located on the opposite side of the train station.

conveniently connected to train station and two shopping areas - AMU Plaza and train station. absolutely beautiful property and staff were professional and extremely helpful and cordial. public bath was beautiful and relaxing. am looking forward to returning someday soon. will highly recommend to friends

Beautiful design of common areas. Very calming. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Great breakfasts. Room nicely appointed except for lack of drawer space. Would stay again, definitely.

Im sorry if i did receive a room upgrade but my understanding was that i didnt. The staff were excellent although the natural politeness of the japanese meant it was difficult to hear the staff member when she was talking. I consider this an excellent hotel and would recommend at any time. Thankyou for such a beautiful place.

The hotel is clean and it’s right at the JR train station. We drove and as the hotel is situated on the 9th floor of a shopping centre Amu plaza., it took us quite a while to find the building. The parking is within the Amu plaza. Took a while to find the entrance of the carpark. Hotel guests are given a discount for parking overnight at the underground carpark. One day costs ¥1000. There are no bath tubs in the room but there is a common bath area (separate for men and women). It is clean and modern.

The room was cosy and just nice for 2. Everything was clean and arranged nicely in the corners of the room. The hotel staffs were warm and welcoming towards the guests and they were helpful in providing assistance. The location is very convenient with JR Kumamoto station just right below.

The modern hotel is well located next to Kumamoto station and above Amuplaza, a shopping mall. The premium rooms we stayed in were very spacious and well laid out. The services at the reception were excellent. The breakfast could be improved. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay.
