ミニキッチンやユニットバスの設備の古さが少し気になりました。せっかくキチンとお手入れをされていても、なかなか綺麗に見せにくいのかな？と思いました。ソファも同様に年季が入っている為、シミ等が気になり、シーツやカバー等があればより良いかも知れません。

空気清浄機が置いてあり、快適に部屋で過ごすことができました。アメニティも揃っており、洗濯洗剤もあり助かりました。 ただ、エントランスのオートロックの反応が悪く(故障に等しい)開けるのに苦労しました。また駐車場は普通車が並ぶと狭く、ステーションワゴンは結構駐車場に苦戦しました。

台風避難の為宿泊しました。訳のわからない、予約，宿泊となりどうなることやらと思いましたが，担当の方が丁寧に案内してくださり、安心しました。台風の風、雨も気にならすとまれました。
