"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants."

10/10 Excellent

My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our family in Japan. It was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed for eight nights. It was like a home away from home. We had space for our family to come and visit us quite often. This was a priceless benefit. It was close to everything we needed and the nearby train was not an issue but rather a comfort, knowing we had transportation available when needed. The manager was excellent and provided everything we needed daily. This will be our...

10/10 Excellent

The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.
