「incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Good opening hours at the spa and pool.
My Premium room was reasonably large.
I had access to the Club Lounge and it was a relaxing and exclusive atmosphere. Very good food. Embar on the 17 th floor was also very good.

「We had an excellent stay at Marwa Hotel and would happily return.
The room was very comfortable, well maintained, and ideal for relaxing after a full day out. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, always professional and quick to assist with any requests.
The food was superb, with an impressive variety of options that easily exceeded expectations. Every meal was fresh and well prepared, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into the dining experience.

「We love this hotel. The staff provided excellent, excellent service. They showed courtesy and respect. Not to forget all staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you might need. I just cannot express how satisfied i am with the professional service they provided.
Front desk staff have the best disposition and the greatest customer service you can get. Manager is a very kind, respectful and friendly person..It was just a great experience staying at this hotel.」
