Counter staff is friendly. Hotel is old , room is ok. Cleaning need to be improved. Hair and cold water is outside of the room. Air con is new, very cold. Over all is ok for me.

Received very bad remarks from the receptionist just because my ID's address was 30km away from the hotel.. And I was check in with a male colleague in 2 different rooms.. Room very small for that rate But great restaurant just next door..

The stay at Havona is decent

I would say the stay was considered pretty good, the staff are extremely friendly and probably the best hotel you can find around that vicinity. They provide the basic necessities that you need for the stay. The only down sides of the stay is 1) The bathtub is slightly yellowed and there are a few strands of hair in it. 2) There is no litter bin inside the bathroom, so you need to dispose everything in the bin located under the night stand. 3) The power outlets is blocked by the night stand. PS: The cafe that is run by the hotel group provide pretty decent food and the seafood restaurant a few blocks away is great as well.

Exhausted yet slow solution

The staff don’t know how to check customer booking by expedia, they not planning to solve the problem at first, until I “black face” only they try to get solution. Called to another staff who know how to check but the Aunty don’t know how to use computer. The interior hotel was below expectation, but have a good sleep due to exhausted body condition

so far happy with the hotel.

The Junior suite are big enough for the children to move around.... below got lots of restaurants, 2 salons, 1 family ktv and 1 thai massage shop. the food there are good, and I love the massage. don't have enough time to visit the ktv, hope my next trip can try it out their sound system. nearby there are a TESCO, further down also got 2 shopping mall - IOI mall and AERO mall.
