Nice new hotel but noise from the ventilation fan like something was touching the fan wing which made some annoying noise. Was charged 25 € for a two hour later check out! Forgot some stuff in the bathroom contacted the hotel a few hours later but they claimed that they didn't find anything left in the room? Called the next day as I was told that another maid was at work then. Called and was told again that nothing was found but they would look again and call me back. They never called me back.

Top Hotel mit noch ausbaufähigem Service

Design & Gestaltung, Mobilar und Architekur vermittelten Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Auch Bett/Matratze, Ausstattung und Lage sowie das Essen waren grundsätzlich top. Mehrere Kleinigkeiten haben diesen Gesamteindruck verschmälert. Was wir im Zimmer vermisst haben: Duschvorleger, Ganzkörperspiegel, sowie Hinweise zur Nutzung/Bedienung der Kaffeemaschine. Was wir beim Service vermisst haben war Aufmerksamkeit: Zucker fehlte, Butter fehlte, Teller fehlte und bis Nachlieferungen kamen war z.B. bei Butter das Rührei fast kalt und bei der Nussbutter der zweite Spinatknödel. 2 normal dicke Brotscheibenstatt einer mit 1,5 cm wären auch angenehmer. Wenn individuelle Wünsche des Gastes bei Frühstück al la Carte schwerlich zu erfüllen sind, wäre ein Buffett angenehmer für Personal und Gast, auch da es schneller gehen würde. Schön wäre auch, wenn der Preis des offenen Weines wie er in der Karte steht berechnet werden würde. Diese Aspekte und die Resonanz bei Ansprache sind kein stimmiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
