The property was clean, the staff were friendly. They said they do not arrange airport transfers for Expedia guests. Luckily, for us another guest was in need of a transfer while we were at the airport and we were able to ride in the van with him. He was from Shanghai, but worked for Four Seasons and was extremely helpful. The rooms are small, no pool or other amenities. Nice place to spend your first night after a lengthy travel and prepare to stay in a resort. The staff help you arrange transportation when you're leaving out.

Hotel was near to the beach

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and I found the lobby both spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel uses a very strong air freshener with a scent that I found quite bothersome. While our standard room (606) was small, it remained cozy. That said, the bathroom was very cramped, and some of the fixtures did not work properly. The breakfast was adequate, but quality could be better.

Excellent service, particularly the shuttle bus & the way they communicated with NH Collection Havodda, our next destination. Thank you!

A lovely, stylish, very clean room, very courteous and helpful staff, great location and value, and the free pickup and drop off (anywhere) is a very convenient bonus!
