「Horrible. Will never recommend anyone. Terrible house keeping, towels were dirty, rooms were not cleaned unless reminded several times. We were ten people and ordered for fried rice and veg manchurian. The food served was stinking and on complaining they took it in a very casual manner. My son suffered dysentery and my sister vomited more than ten times, luckily we had medicines and could control things. The cook and housekeeping staff needs to be replaced. 」

「We spent 6 days at Nature Heritage. We enjoyed 3 meals included in our hotel cost. Delicious food and caring staff. The staff did everything they could, under Manager Hari's wonderful attention, to make us content. We booked 3 safaris with the hotel. Saw tigers every safari and even leopards as well as other wildlife. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandhavgarh! Our favorite part of the day was the evening bonfire at the hotel with pakora and chai! 」
