Terrible. No one at the reception and we have to wait for more then 15mins before get into our room. The hotel a bit dull and the smell is terrible like an old building. Poor cleanliness. You can see dust from the fan ventilation inside toilet

The area a reception you would think the rest of the hotel would be a great experience. Not the case. The hallway to the room has old stained carpets. The hotels smell is a musty odour. The room also smelt the same and felt damp. The shower head was leaking.

Musty hallway and room

The price was okay. Firstly I was given a small room but no smell. Then, the water heater got short circuit, so I was transferred to another room for the other night, a bigger room but the room was so musty. I had to ask for some air freshener from the staff. They were kind to give me one but it wasn't much help.

Convenient town hotel

Simple, new and clean. Conveniently located in the town center. However the room, without windows, was a bit claustrophobic.

Purely for resting only

Check in, the staff was not smiling at all. Dont expect a welcoming hello too. Reach my floor, as I step out of the lift, moldy smell filled the entire floor. As I enter the room, the same smell. Maybe bad airation. The smell gone after A/C was turn on. The bed was nice. The toilet too. Overall, like the title, purely for resting, for single, business trip traveller like me. Not suitable for those with family. One plus point though, the location is very strategic to all main point (banks, restaurant, petrol station, grocery market). walkable distance.

So it said free wifi, but there's no wifi signal to be connected. Tries to contact staff through the room phone provided, fail to reach them. It was a tiring day for me ended up using my own phone data connection instead.

Very dirty hotel

Very bad and dirty hotel, fungus and cockroaches in my room. In corridors nasty smell.

the room advertised with "sea view" does not feature such. there is a strange smell on the 3rd floor. The room is rather comfortable, though. As for myself, the staff is hilariously unfriendly.

Terrible experience.

We have booked two rooms. One room is ok, however the other room was terrible. The housekeeping did not refill toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, also the spoon for coffee making was missing. And the most scary thing was cockroach. Not only one, there are cockroaches walked on floor and on room desk. Receptionist was not so friendly in resolving problem also. Disappointed.
