Schönes Hotel - absolut empfehlenswert

Gutes Hotel mit mehreren guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Gutes Nachtleben mit Bars ebenfalls vorhanden. KL Tower und Petronas Twin Towers einfach zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Monoral Starion (Bukit Nanas) 60 Meter vom Hoteleingang entfernt. Sehr gut eingerichtetes Gym (mit Aircon) und schöner Außenpool vorhanden. Sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet

まあまあかな

設備はまあまあかな。あと人的サービスはいまいち。２回程部屋からレセプションに用事を頼んだがいずれも１回では来て くれませんでした。２回、３回言って嫌々来る感じでした。 それと朝食会場ですが、宿泊者の人数に比べてキャパが少ない。２回とも知らない人と相席を言われました。 味は良かったですけどね。

Five day stopover

This hotel is centrally located and close to shopping malls, monorail and Petronas towers. The hotel staff are obliging helpful in providing advice on where to go and shop. The hotel room smelt a little musty on first entering it..like it needs airing..but once in the room you soon forget it. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom has many small personal items..shaving kits, tooth brush, soap, shampoo etc. Had to laugh out loud when I found a price list you would be charged for items if you stole them from the hotel which included the TV and just about everything else in the room. I cannot begin to imagine people walking out smuggling items on the list. The hotel breakfast was first class, as good as I have had anywhere. It is buffet style and caters for most tastes. The restaurant was also excellent for other meals and would recommend it. The hotel have a pool, steam room and sauna which are excellent and complimentary and also a fitness room that is well equipped..I don't know if a charge applies to it. The only comment I would make is that the pool closes at 7pm and given the climate it would have been nice to be able to have an evening swim after dinner. The hotel lounge has live entertainment beach evening up to 11.45pm and they were very good...a three piece..piano, sax player and singer who would also take requests..very professional. The drinks in the lounge are a little steep but given the entertainment quality acceptable

交通に便利なホテル

立地はモノレールのブキッ・ナナス駅近く。ＫＬセントラル駅から来ると、連絡階段で一旦反対側のホームに渡ってから改札を出る。さもないと、交通量の多い道路の横断歩道を渡ることになる。駅からホテルまでは２～３分。歩道に屋根が付いている部分が多く（一部屋根なし部分あり）、日差しや雨を避けられる。 チェックインは客が少なくすぐに受付して貰えたが、チェックイン手続には何故か時間が掛かった。係員の説明は丁寧だったが。 エレベータは６台あり、待ち時間は短い。部屋のカードキーを差し込まないと客室階のボタンを押せない仕組みで、セキュリティの配慮がなされている。 部屋は15階で、広さは十分、エアコンの効きも丁度良く設定できた。バスタブはなくシャワーのみ。アメニティはほぼ一通り揃っている。廊下での話し声は部屋の中にも聞こえるが、隣の部屋の音は聞こえなかった。窓からツインタワーが見えて眺めは良かった。 朝食は1階のホテル入口脇のレストランでバイキング。入口で部屋のカードキーを差し込んで、係員の案内を待つ。日曜9時頃は混んでいて暫く待たされたが、月曜9時頃はすぐに席に案内された。バイキングの種類は豊富だが、（当然ながら）和食系はない。味はまあまあ。日によって少しメニューを変えている。 なお、自分は利用しなかったが、ホテルのすぐ隣にハードロックカフェがあり、雨に濡れずに行ける。 チェックアウト後の荷物も預かってくれる。 総じて満足できるホテルだった。

Our Go-To hotel

Unparalleled friendly staff and service with smiles and greetings. Daily made us gluten-free muffins for breakfast and sent up a plate of fruit for birthday & anniversary. Right around the corner from the Culture Center for Hop-On-Hop-Off tour bus.

4 Days in KL

The hotel is in very convenient location and only 10 minutes walk to KL Petronas Towers which we visited. It is a bog hotel and seemed fully occupied. This meant Brekfast was very busy and people were queuing up at times. Only negative was check in. we had 3 rooms booked in total. Check in was very very slow. The receptionist made very hard work of soimething that should be very simple. It was about 14.30 and at first she said rooms were not ready - I complianed as it was after 14.00 and eventually found rooms. Despite check in problems - would stay again because of location (near stations and KLCC).

Mitten drin in Kuala Lumpur

Das Concorde Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Twin-Towers, Radio-Tower, Golden Triangle, Shopping Malls... alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch eine MRT-Station ist in der Nähe, so dass man leicht vom Flughafen mit dem ÖV anreisen kann. Das Hotel bietet alles was man braucht (z.B. ein geniales Frühstücks-Buffet mit echtem Brot). Die Zimmer kommen langsam ins Alter, biespielsweise die Klimaanlage könnte man mal erneuern. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

City Break

We were only here for a short time, but had a good experience. The staff were really helpful at breakfast time and when we needed taxis. Lots of staff around and always someone at hand to help. Really pleased with our stay.

ハードロックカフェのあるホテル

今回乗ることはありませんでしたが、モノレール駅が目の前にありとても便利です。また、ホテルロビーからそのままハードロックカフェに入れますので、各地のハードロックカフェめぐりが好きな方には、とても良いホテルだと思います。

Amazing hotel when you first enter reception, but then it goes a little downhill, no bell boys for luggage, rooms are very dated and not really up to standard for the price, restaurant and bars are good
