"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, with beach only a few minutes’ walk away, and they were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. There is some room for improvement, particularly with the toiletries provided and the bathroom space, which felt a little congested. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, I would still rate the stay as excellent and truly appreciated the helpful service we received."

"Great room. The breakfast was good and all the staff was excellent. Lori Beach was only a few minutes walk away. The room was very nice . I would highly recommend this hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk from lots of restaurants."

"Where do I even begin? My stay at Sonder Hotel in Ksamil was nothing short of exquisite, a family-run boutique where you feel the care and attention to detail from the moment you arrive. The room was beautifully appointed with automatic blackout curtains, a stunning bathroom with full wall mirror, vanity beauty mirror, marble double sinks, and a spacious shower. The bedroom, balcony, pool area, and wider facilities were equally impressive. The food deserves a special mention. Chef Jev’s attention to detail was impeccable, every dish made fresh, full of flavour, and the team were happy to accommodate special requests and dietary requirements too. Breakfast was included and so delicious that despite being walking distance from Ksamil Beach, local bars, restaurants and a supermarket, I rarely ate anywhere else! What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The family and staff were always warm, always on hand, and always willing to go the extra mile. As a first-time visitor to Albania on a birthday trip, they made me feel completely at home and even kindly accommodating a later checkout because I simply wasn’t ready to leave. This is a 10 out of 10 hotel. I cannot wait to return. Thank you to the manager, Xheni, the family, and all the staff for an unforgettable stay. See you next time, Ksamil! 🙏"

"The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not far from Lori beach and a wee shop next door for emergency supplies. No restaurant so we went out for dinner. Our sea view was lovely and the hotel is very rural so quiet and peaceful. Swimming pool was lovely too. Breakfast was cold, options were limited but the bread was lovely. Town was a little further than expected. It was really hard to get a taxi, only one phone number available from reception and he obviously didn’t work early mornings. Thankfully we met a driver on our first night and he was very accommodating. Town was shutting down as end of season but we still managed to find a couple of nice restaurants and bars. "

"Although this hotel presents as a ‘boutique’ property, it really isn’t. Room was nicely decorated but very small. Complete lack of storage. One cupboard with 6 hangers. No drawers. Not enough space for two people to hang a weeks worth of clothing. Bathroom nice but small. Water took ages to heat up and floor flooded every time. Swimming pool looks nice but was freezing - the sun doesn’t hit it until the afternoon so always cold. Only a handful of sunloungers so this would be an issue in the height of summer. Breakfast was limited and the cooked food was cold (there is a microwave to reheat). There is a list of rules by reception which includes not eating/drinking in your room, despite a full size fridge provided! As there is a lack of any other public space on a rainy day you’d be expected to stay in your room with no food/drink!! A pleasant enough stay for a decent price but wouldn’t return. "
