We stayed at Fogo Aous in Ksamil and had a wonderful experience! The place is new, clean, and beautifully designed. The service was exceptional – we truly felt like valued guests. The owners took great care of us and were always available for anything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The personnel were beyond kind. I had a problem with Expedia not sending over my booking information to them, but they immediately solved it. They booked me a beautiful luxurious room. They actually sent me to Foga Hebrus which is their partner hotel. It was perfect. The personnel were very helpful and always helped with a smile. The room and hotel were beautiful. The buffet in the morning was delicious. They had so many options to choose from. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Luiz from the reception was great! He is very helpful and kind. The property is new and they offer transport to the beach. The room rate include breakfast, but if you are not used to the local food, it can be an issue.

Vi förväntade oss mer av detta hotell med tanke på hur de marknadsför sig samt för priset vi betalade. Saker som gjorde oss besvikna var ex att det inte ingår kaffe till frukosten, äggen som de serverade var gamla och grå i färgen, vi hade inget vatten som fungerade i lägenheten 2 gånger under vår vistelse, toalettlocket var sönder samt att de endast erbjöd en mindre rabatt på deras beach club som dessutom låg mer än 15 minuters promenad bort. Annars är det fräscha rum men man förväntade sig mer.

Bon hôtel et bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel neuf mais étonnamment sans ascenseur. Très belles chambres avec balcon. Le personnel est très serviable et extrêmement gentil. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas servi sur place mais un peu plus loin dans un autre établissement. Parking gratuit mais pas très facile d'accès et non accessible aux voitures basses. Le prix est très raisonnable pour la prestation.
