There were no communications with host, we essentially arrived at the remote property with no instructions and found the premises unlocked and we just made ourselves at home, after re-checking several times we were at the correct spot. For context, we traveled here in September - which is off season! Nearest grocery store was a 40min drive - we met our host along the winding road to the store - he greeted us with fresh eggs! 「The staff were rude with them bursting into our room one night of which I then tried to close the door a bit and just speak to her myself through a smaller gap explaining that people in the room were undressed and she shouted that she didn’t care and burst the door open in front of otheir guests outside the room too! The food was horrible they gave my friend an undercooked lasagne so she sent it back and then they served it to her absolutely burnt to a crisp. They also ran out of water for hours...
