"Great value for money & staff (from reception, cleaning and bar, everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful). This Villa is a bit retro but fully functional. Parking is 14 euros a day but worth the money as it is right in front of the villa and very safe. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Comfort Room, which is in an annex outside of the main hotel. The room was comfortable and clean but the style of that part of the hotel felt dated. We stayed on half board basis; there was a reasonable choice and the food was fine, but due to the popularity of the hotel it felt more like a canteen environment as opposed to a restaurant at the evening meal."

"Stay was below par for what was advertised as a 4 star hotel. Our room was comfortable but he bathroom was poor as the shower was over the bath with no panel or curtain. Thus, the water went everywhere and made the whole bathroom very wet after use. The breakfast was ok, not much fruit selection. We booked the hotel on the basis that it advertised as having a restaurant. The restaurant was not operating at night time so we had to go out each evening for dinner. The bar shut early so we were not able to have a nightcap when we got back to the hotel. On the plus side, plenty of parking and possible to walk into Ounat centre. We found a route through the marina area opposite which avoided the road. Overall, very underwhelming. "

"Great buffet included, great food for a buffet. Great resort. They have most everything. This is the way. Closes 10/23 till Spring. We went off season so best when not busy. We took a boat swimming tour, but the water was cold. Room was a bit small. Benjamin at the bar was great. "

"Room was ok but a little tired. Balcony had amazing view but you had to stand up to see it properly as bottom half is covered in. Very small bathroom. But functional. Breakfast was acceptable. More fruit would be nice. We got told off in a very aggressive way because we took 2 bananas out to eat later on. Made to put them back!! We don’t eat much at breakfast and like to have some thing mid morning. Plenty of people take too much and leave it to waste on the plate. "
