"Great location. Definitely ski in/ski out. Before I got there I received a call about my stay etc. I was very impressed, don’t usually get that. However, the caller failed to mention the lobby is on level 2 and explain how to get to the lobby. The signage was vague. Then at check in the employee doesn’t make it clear that the badge reader to get into the building is not working and make sure to memorize or write down the number. She casually mentioned it with saying that’s the code for the hot...

"The advantage to Timber Run was the free transportation to/from the ski slopes. It has to be around 30+/- years old but maintenance is lacking in some areas. It had all the basics but there's no zip to it. Our parking lot had frozen ice everywhere, while the different name grouping next door had clean parking areas. "

"The property is close to everything… gondola, restaurants, Coffee, shopping… amazing. Couple notes for the homeowners.. the fireplace flue might not work well… entire condo filled with smoke upon lighting a fire (and we have a fireplace that we use all the time at home) also the toaster is broken.
