Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious.

Terrible experience

It was a very bad experience at every stage. We waited in line for a long time at the entrance. We were not informed enough about the facility. We had difficulty finding the room we would stay in. The luggage cabinets were too small, our luggage did not fit. When we entered the room, there were a few belongings of previous guests and no towels in the room. We talked about the situation, but 2 hours later the problem was still not solved. Finally, I went to the reception, which was very far from our room, and by speaking to another disinterested, sullen employee, we were able to get 4 small hand towels. We were literally disgraced in a place where we paid a lot of money to stay. The pools were mediocre, it was difficult to find empty sunbeds, food and drink were mediocre. You feel cold after getting out of the pool, the temperature is not enough. The radiators in the corridor as we entered the room were not working and it was very cold. We asked for a taxi at the check-out and they gave us a small piece of paper with 4 mobile phone numbers written on it. We searched and struggled to find a driver. It wasn't a holiday, it was a nightmare. I will never go there again. I also don't recommend it to anyone.

Leider sind die Preise für Speisen und Getränke unterirdisch. Sanitäranlagen könnten sauberer sein. Aber wie überall fehlt es an Personal.Due kids hatten riesen Spaß und das macht alles wieder weg.

Wir hatten die Ohana Unterkunft gebucht und waren im ganzen zufrieden. Die Rezeption war leider die drei Nächte nicht besetzt gewesen( warscheinlich aus Personalmangel). Das Frühstück war inklusive gewesen und hat auch gereicht. Das Essen und trinken ist im ganzen etwas teurer und die Auswahl nicht groß. Es gab viele Angebote für Kinder (, Bowling, Minigolf was extra gekostet hat. Aber auch ein Indoorspielplatz was kostenfrei war. Personalmangel war teilweise zu spüren da auch einige Abschnitte gesperrt waren weil keine Aufsicht vorhanden war. Im großen und Ganzen würden wir die Anlage nochmal besuchen aber zwei Nächte reichen völlig aus.

Essen und Cocktails waren super, nur war halt alles Teuer. EasyWay hätte sich vielleicht gelohnt. 90€ pro Person, je nachdem was da im Preis alles drin wäre. Ansonsten haben wir für zwei Personen insgesamt knapp 320€ da gelassen fürs Wochenende.

Die Unterkunft war an sich sehr schön. Leider war nicht ordentlich gesaugt worden, sodass bereits beim einchecken überall Sand auf derm. Boden war. Außerdem war nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier da für das ganze Wochenende. Auch, dass man dauerhaft dem anderen auf der Toilette sehen und hören konnte war befremdlich. An sich war das Zimmer von der Einrichtung aber schön und Tropical Islands auch super!

Essen extrem teuer und schmeckt absolut eklig, 17,50€ für ein Bürger wo fertig Tiefkühlpattys aus der Tüte benutz werden und einfach alles raufgeklatscht wird Ist eine absolute Frechheit. Dazu kommt dass es an vielen Stellen rein regnet. Und die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig geputzt Fußboden beim ersten Mal betreten vom Zimmer extrem sandig.als letzten Punkt, zu viele Menschen für zu wenig schwimm becken, alles ist extrem überfüllt und man kann sich im Becken kaum bewegen. Ps. Was früher schon mal viel besser, Dieses Mal sind wir leider nicht mehr zufrieden
